Faithful Friend Mobile Veterinary Clinic focuses on small animal medicine for dogs and cats. Please contact us at (770) 752-9710 to make an appointment. When you call, you may be connected to one of our office staff or a voice mail system if Dr. Trogdon is examining an animal or is performing surgery. Please leave a message including your name, your pets name and species, your phone number and a brief description of your pets needs. Dr. Trogdon checks in with her staff and her voicemail frequently and will call you back during the business hours listed below.

Faithful Friend Mobile Veterinary Clinic provides many services and is in many ways just as complete as a traditional veterinary clinic. However, we are not equipped to handle urgent emergencies involving severe trauma such as animals being hit by automobiles. If your pet requires immediate emergency care, please contact one of the emergency clinics listed below.

Animals are seen by appointment only. Business hours are below:

Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Special weekend and evening appointments are available at no extra charge within our service area.

All appointments are made with the understanding that Dr. Trogdon will arrive as near the appointment time as possible within a + or - 30 minute window. In other words, a 9:00AM appointment could begin as early as 8:30AM or as late as 9:30AM.. This is due to the potential for Atlanta traffic to foil our best attempts to arrive exactly at the hour set. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to meeting you and your pets !!
Faithful Friend also offers a ‘drop-in’ program for our clients who are unable to be at home during our service hours. We can arrange to enter your home and treat your pet while you are away as long as you and your pet are comfortable with this. Pets must be comfortable with strangers for this to work.

Emergencies

Pet emergencies are traumatic for everyone involved. Dr. Trogdon has extensive emergency experience and has worked in several all-night emergency clinics throughout the state of Georgia. However, Faithful Friend is limited by the fact that we may be far from your home when you need immediate assistance. Listed below is an emergency clinic in my area that I highly recommend if you have an emergency during non-business hours or have a pet that needs immediate attention.

Fees and Service Area

We charge a trip fee of $60.00 per visit within our service area which is centered around the McFarland exit on Georgia 400 and extends for a radius of 15 miles. Please note that this trip fee is subject to change based on changing economic factors. All of our services and products are priced comparably to other veterinary clinics in the Atlanta area. We are happy to make special trips outside our service area if our schedule and traffic permit. Please call to inquire about special visits.

We will only charge one trip fee per stop. If your neighbors wish to have their pets seen during your time slot, we are happy to comply if they bring their pets to my clinic while it is at your home. This way, you can split the single trip fee among your friends. Please tell me if this is what you would like to do so that I may a lot extra time for all pets involved.
